The height is fine and the expression is cute. However, her shoulders are a little too wide, so they need to slope downwards a tad and her bust needs be a little higher. As a little tip, you should try and make hair to have a bit more flow to add more impact and to help it to lead the eye. Adding a shadow will help it look more grounded.

Overall, it's a good piece. I think getting some anatomy books for artists will help you tons. I can give you some names if you wish. I hope this helps

Okay, this is my first review, so I'm sorry if it isn't all that good! XD
Vision: The posing and expression is lovely~ <3 The colors are great as well, I love the way her hair flows and her dress folds.
Originality: For the most part, great. A background would be nice, but it looks fine. :3
Technique: AWESOME~!! I love your style. Everything is very smooth, and the piece is nicely shaded and highlighted. It's perfect, great, great work~ <33
