Ignore this if you don't wanna read a amateur critique... XD
Let's start with the bad, shall we? I prefer to give the good later so it doesn't look like a terrible picture, which it isn't. :3
There isn't anything very major in this picture that's terrible, but there are slight mistakes.
(Sorry if I get REALLY detailed with this... that's just how I am? ;A; )
Arms: I think you were trying to go for a natural pose from my perspective... but if you were using correct anatomy, shouldn't the back arm (the left one) be a little shorter?
Clothes: From what I see, the clothes are either very puffy or there's wind coming from the bottom. Next time, try to make it... IDK... skinnier? XD
I think if you leave it like this, the thighs look kinda... er... big? XD
Just... try to emphasize that the CLOTHES are just big... not the person itself... sorry... just found it disturbing? >
Shading: I almost had no problem with the shading, but some parts I could not help noticing. Shouldn't the right arm have a little shading? What about under the shirt? If the clothes are a 'puffy' as I call it, shouldn't there be a little underneath it? What about the ribbon? There's no shading on the jacket. What about the-- =shot for rambling=

The Music Notes: I actually looked at your friend's OC. Yes... I'm really serious when critiquing~ Ask Kisa sometime~ XD
I'm looking at the music notes and comparing them. If you look at the one near the chest, I'm noticing that the shirt thingy is a LOT tilted. Just mentioning it. XD
Also, if you look at the headphone's music note itself, with perspective, it shouldn't be able to have the other note on it. It would look only like a single note and the other would be... not good? XD
The Speaker Thing... XD: I know the OC had a thick one, but couldn't it be skinnier? Please? XD
The Hat: To make it short, the hat looks like it's cut in half, okay? Look at the top of the hat... you'll seem what I mean~ XD
The Headphones: It's not the headphones itself that bother me, but the placement. Are you suggesting the ears are far away? I'm not sure whether this is a bad thing or not. The reason I think this is because it would be harder to see the headphones. Try drawing the basic outline of the girl first, the headphones, then the hair. That's what I do... XD
Okay... I'M SORRY. Let me get onto the good of this drawing. I really like the drawing. All you made mistakes on were slight details! ;A;
Don't kill me...Eyes: Have I mentioned how I love your eyes?
They're very pretty, especially how you capture the audience's attention with it. Most people would look at the eyes and say, 'Oh my gosh~ so cuuuuute! >w<' But... unfortunately, I can't really say that because this is a critique and I gotta look at everything... >
The Background: I know, I know... some people are gonna call me crazy for even looking at the simple background. Really? I think this background is pretty pleasant. It gives a simple feeling to it. IDK. It just seems, calm. Sets an atmosphere kinda thing... XD
Shading:Why am I going back to this and telling you it's good? 'Cause it is. That's why. Even though I told you mistakes, it doesn't mean it's bad. Sure, there are things that you could do to make it better... but it's really not bad overall.
(I'm gonna assume the light source is a spotlight sort of thing, 'k?)
You've got all the basic shading down. The colors of choice you used for the shading is also good. You also know when to use an anime style of shading or a blurred kind. I'm jealous! ;A;
Expression: Did I mention that I love your expressions? You've always been good with setting the mood. The eyebrows are set perfectly and the mouth is really nice as well! The eyes also contribute to this fact. Gaaaaah! Why must you be so good? XD
The Details: Audience, please pay attention to the headphones. Look at that squiggly line above that headphone. DO YOU SEE THAT? O_O I'm applauding you right now. Most people are always avoiding detail as much as possible, but THAT! THAT!!! D: Putting details on the collar must've taken a while as well since there are so many different colors. Really! Great job!
Okay... I think that's all I gotta say about this drawing. It's really a great drawing. Really, don't think bad about it! You will become great! I'm sure that if you keep practicing, you'll do better and better! As they say, all people that became great, have to be amateurs first! (Like this critique... OTL) You're already really good! All you can do is get better right? Keep up the good work!!! 加油!!! >w<
